If you take the address you posted, put it into the picture symbol above, bottom row above, 5th from right, between the quote symbol and the email insert one, if you hover over each symbol with your cursor it will tell you what it does, in this case it says "insert Image". That way you get the actual picture instead of just the link.
This is the symbol you want to use.
If you use the BBC code, second from the bottom of the picture below, and copy it from Imgur, then post it direct into the body of the message you don't need to even use the symbol above as it tags is as a IMG already. You can control the size of the picture you post by choosing which size thumbnail, directly from the menu right at the bottom of this picture. It says "Sizes" right on the box I am referring to.
