I have the SAB maps here i can let you know who has the land if you want to PM me the legal location.
Another option if you are only looking for 1 or 2 quarter sections is to pull a land title.
https://alta.registries.gov.ab.ca/spinii/logon.aspx for $10 you can pull a single land title.
