The volumetric dimensions of 160,000,000 litres is about 175 ft * 175 ft * 175 ft. That's about 64 Olympic size swimming pools.

Assuming the poop has approximately the same density as water, 160,000,000 litres of poop would weigh 352739619 lbs.

The population of Longueuil is about 250,000 people.

Doing the math, they are storing 1411 lbs of poop for every person in town.

From Wikipedia: Starting with an average daily amount of about 14 ounces (400 grams), the total poop production in a week's time would be about 6 lbs. (2.8 kilograms). In a year, a single person would yield about 320 lbs.

So this city is presently storing 1411/320 = 4.4 years worth of poop for every person in town.

Sounds like they're a little constipated.

(Actually it's waste water but that doesn't sound as good.)
