Spent the day at Muir today, along with 6 canoe full of loud teenager boys! So much for my quiet time.
Tried fishing on the other side of the island where it used to be good for at least one big bow. Nothing...not even a bite. The water is dirty murky and not one fish appeared on the screen. Over by the boat launch the little ones where jumpy and happy to bite on any dry you presented to them!
So got 4 little ones and missed another 4 or so. I don't think I'll be going back there again anytime soon. But on the bright side it was a beautiful day to start my fishing season.
