One of my nieces contracted covid back in December. Back when they didn't even know what they were dealing with. She was in hospital for 3 months. ICU for 6 weeks of which 4 weeks were in medically induced coma. Now 10 months later she is still recovering. She had to relearn most things after coming out of coma.
I take covid seriously.
