Watch the video, don't make things up. He never once touched the glass, as a matter of fact he never even started waving his arms in the air in an aggressive manner. Had he been doing either of those things it would have changed my view of the situation.
If Drejka was pounding on the glass he would have deserved to be knocked down for sure because at that point he would be a physical threat. As a matter of fact I believe according to Florida law it would have been legal to shoot him.
