Hmmmm interesting. I guess I was off. I want just a pole and metal building, no shingles, just metal panels, and frame.
The pad I had done for my 24x24 garage last year was cheap cheap.... I will have to look into why it was so cheap (under 1K$). I got that garage in, on cement, insulated and wired for under 10K and it does the trick, I just need more room.
