That sounds about right to me for a real nice 30x40 shop 220swify, I wont go so crazy on the pad, just storing a few cars and light trucks, and making room for a lathe, mill, and lift, nothing heavy duty.
Window's- the less I have the better, less things I have to weld bars acrost
. I'm thinking two main doors though so one can be by the lift and the other for just moving in non-project vehicles.
