Ghillie suit for hunting - stealthy or stupid?
i have used one for photography and the occasional spot and stalk for Mule deer on the prairies.
It worked well when I had little to no ground cover, otherwise any decent camo outfit would work.
Downside: In a wooded area you catch everything, and forget about easy access through barbed wire fences.
I know a bowhunter that used one for decades and swore by it.. It is just another personal choice..
