I do enjoy nymphing on the bow but my girlfriend doesn't fly fish so looking to do a spin casting trip. Would prefer not to shore fish. Looking to do a boat trip for sure , downstream of Calgary.

Do you want to do a true drift where you rarely go on shore, do you want to use the drifter as a taxi just to hit shore based spots, do you want to cast foam to risers, no blind casting? Do you want to run down the main stem chasing indicators? Do you just want to catch a brown?

All of these options are up to you.
Be a good sport, understand the guide is working his shoulders off to get you in front of fish, do your part.
