juristiction matters when it pertains to regulations. On Cold Lake and until next year there is SK regulations on SK side and AB regulations on AB side. So knowing exactly where the border is could be important if you are following for example SK regs on the SK side and you are using a barbed hook and/a gag. Now I know this statement will probably open another can of worms but I don't write the regulations.
