Actually yes, I have.
I grew up in New Brunswick and for some of those years I lived right on the Quebec border. The drinking age was 19 in NB but only 18 in Quebec so a whole lot of us spent quite a bit of time in Quebec where I drank their booze, ate their food and did a lot more than just see their women.
In truth, I don't dislike Quebec or the french nearly as much as I sometimes pretend to. Half of my family is french and I speak french fluently...or at least I used to, It's been a long time.
