Damn straight they do !! Bit of a process if you don't follow the instructions. I took them for a few days and didn't really notice much enhancement. I emailed to company to complain and they asked if I used the magnifying glasses supplied to read the instructions,,,Well lawdy lawdy, when I used the magnifying glasses to look at my weapon, those pills sure did work
