Here’s the closest I came to harvesting anything with my bow this year. Knocked some feathers off of a nice big ruffed grouse that was drumming. I actually stalked the bird by listening to his drumming sessions. So strange to hear them drumming in September. This bird gave me two separate shots and I couldn’t seal the deal. Need to practice with my flu flu arrows more.
