Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum, came across it while randomly searching sites about Alberta's fungi. Saw there was no thread, so I joined, and now I'm starting one up.

I use to love picking mushrooms, even as a child, just for the sake of seeing them, and picking them, then leaving them. But after a couple trips back home(Italy) and going truffle hunting, I have developed an urge to start looking around here for them. Anybody have any advice where to find some? I'm in the Lethbridge area currently for university, Still a bit early, but in the next week or so it will heat up, so hopefully something will start to sprout! Also, if there are any other mushroom fanatics out there in Lethbridge who want to go picking drop me a msg!

I know these grow in Alberta, just dont know where!
