It definitely helps limit mosquitoes. I haven't been around when they have sprayed, but I believe they sprayed my deck, front porch/garage and along the fence. I don't believe they spray the grass. I can stand outside my house and deck and not many mosquitos, I walk about 50 yards down the street close to a field by our house and they are insane. They will come back and do 3-4 applications as well
