260 rem is a friend of mine outside this board, and was an exceptionally supportive principal toward his teachers. We have talked lots about this stuff. If his staff worked hard, they had lots of rope. Enough to hang themselves. I can't say I have ever disagreed with any of his takes on education before this one. He is wise like Obi Wan, sees the glass as half full, and generally one of the finest guys I have ever met through the forum.
I will tune him in next time I see him. If I ever join SPFGA again, I will shoot his one hole targets just to bugger them up!!!
