You mean to post a video on this vBulletin site?
The only way I know how to do it on this platform is to put the video on a hosting site (such as YouTube or PhotoBucket), and then copy/paste the link into your forum post. I believe that the "embedded video" feature is turned of on this particular forum (normally you'd see a little "filmstrip" icon in the post editor).
So essentially you would be doing it like so:
