There is a campground called Paradise Cove resort near Whitefish lake that is about 25 minutes from McRae.

It is more of a field than a real campground, but if you are just looking for a place close by it is alright.
Has power but no sewer or water hookup. There are water taps close to most stalls but the water isn't potable. Showers are coin operated.
It isn't glamorous by any means, but it is nice and clean. I've been twice and both times it was very quiet.
