Victoria has a population of just over 80 thousand and big chunk
of them are OIP mooches that pay little to no tax.
Don't assume that the greater Victoria area is tied in with Victoria itself when it comes to infrastructure.
Its not like here where we send water from Edmonton to as far away as Viking.
And FYI... I don't live there... but I did for a couple years.... mouth.
