Thankss for the thoughts guys. I have looked into it before and it seems pretty well not going to happen but it all looks confusing and I found some info that looked like it was possible so I thought I would throw it out there. I have been looking over parcels of private land for sale and out towards St. Paul there seems to be a fair bit but I had hopes for another area. I'll check it out some more
