My favorite story was the guy who had a speeding ticket mailed to him with a clear picture of the plate and the appropriate fine for the offense. He took the exact amt. of cash to a photocopier and mailed the picture to the address.A couple weeks later he received a letter back enclosed was a photocopy of a set of handcuffs!
