Expensive....yes! My house, garage, and shed was $39k. (But to be fair, there is a lot of square footage.)

What kind of metal? Curious what a 2500 sqft roof would cost to do these days.
I have seen aluminum with foam interlocking, copper and steel. I guess they must have some fancy textured or patterned metal roof products now?
