If we moved the sun from its regular setting of 93 million miles away out to 109 million we could drop the mean average year round temperature by 3 degrees, then we bump up daylight savings time by 2 hours a day. With the sun farther away the evaporation of moisture rate decreases and growing seasons increase, don't know why nobody thought of it sooner.
