Yup, an evil that you hope never is needed but like you mentioned the buyers need to educate themselves through life and as thier needs lesson, as in kids gone, home paid for they need to adjust accordingly lowering premiums etc...not hard to do but them again many are not smart enough to be financially dept free etc mid fifty so the evil keeps nipping them in the butt..
