In some situations..absolutely...in others...hardly. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if that one elk scenario or antelope scenario favours the crossbow. The big pictures says there is no
OVERALL advantage, at least when it comes to killing critters. The only question is, "Is it archery tackle?"
