For you serious bakers who are after steam in the oven... I discovered something that is a $25 game changer. Canadian Tire has this massive rectangular turkey roaster. PERFECT vessel to bake a ton of bread in! I do 2x 600g loaves or up to four minis (300g) or a bunch of buns and the oven spring is great. I use parchment paper so clean up is zero.
No need for a $200 Dutch oven.
