Saw a rental company picking up a boat when I was taking out last year.

Not sure if they are still going, but as far as I saw from last summer they were still a thing.
If it is your first time, I would recommend bringing someone who knows how to row. It is something that looks easy, but doing it well so that your buddies catch fish is a completely different thing.
And....dont make Policeman's Flats your first take out.
