These pic's were posted by others on the Sylvan lake Facebook site, it happened on Dec 24th, in the Norglenwold area not far from the entrance to Marina Bay. Residents have said there is an underground spring in the location & ice conditions are variable, this fella found out the hard way. Be careful.
