First batch done!!
I loaded up 20 rounds with varget
5 at 42
5 at 42.5
5 at 43
5 at 43.5
Lapua brass. Federal large rifle match primers. 165gr accubonds tried to get them all at 2.928 coal which is 20 thou off the lands (using the old sharpie and dented case method)
Off to shepard on Sunday to see if it'll produce anything .....
I was a little concerned because the rounds I normally shoot are 2.7-ish coal but these do fit in the mag and close nicely in the action.....
Any of you out there have any suggestions or concerns I should note before I pull the trigger?
