Well I wouldn’t say it was prime time for me but it was a beauty day on the water. I managed to catch a few really nice summer jumbos. We had anticipated the fish would be deep with the summer heat but that wasn’t the case. The fish were active in 5-15ft with the perch being caught on the shallower side. These perch were caught tight to weed beds, trolling.
