Seat base downrigger
I did this last year for similar reasons to yourself plus I didn't want to have to modify my cover. I'll take a pic and post it tonight. Works well but took a bit of work. The seat bases are not level. They are made to have the seat lean and therefore I had to make a shim to fit between the seat base and support I made for the rigger. It had to be significantly thicker or the back than the front to make the rigger sit level. When all was said and done it turned out great and works great for my purpose!!
