LX-9 uses the Sony Super HAD II CCD. I couldn’t find details to the lens, or the viewing angle. I found a Camera on EBay with a 120° view angle and 700 TVL (resolution effectively)

You can certainly find one cheaper, but I’m not sure how much cheaper.
Dealextreme has the same camera with a narrower lens and likely the same housing for $15, and $2.50 shipping. I’ve bought from DX and it’s legit.
