For the past couple years ive given away a fair bit of meat. I use to work with a single mom that has 2 early teenage boys that love it. I grind hers all into hamburg and she makes the best shepards pies you have ever tasted. I tell you what, that woman can COOK!!! She uses it quite often. I bought one of my supplimental tags this year and she reaped the reward. She works her fingers to the bone and is a great woman, not at all the stay at home and watch soaps types.
Every once in a while i get a text saying about how good it is and she appreiciates it. I make my sausage myself and end up giving her lots of those as well. When i drop it off the kids get all excited.
A smiling face and kids excited like christmas is all i need for payment. I cant bring myself to ask her for payment of casings, spices, wrapping paper, or anything.
