It's not just UPS that is hosing use now, it's Canada Post also. Couple weeks ago I had an impeller for a hot tub sent in from Florida for $31.00 ish and Canada Post " brokerage fees " were 13.00. They called it a ' handling ' fee. Lady at the post office said it started a month or more ago. Go figure
