Not sure if its the same guy but I was talking with a guy standing at the counter at P & D and he had a thick S.A accent. He was from Ft. Mac and was telling me how he traded for a 338 Lapua and he would load it really hot and to really get it fast he would top his load off with the powder from a 22LR cartridge.
