My point is that if our government is going to arbitrarily turn ordinary, decent, honest Canadian citizens into criminals, that the onus is on them to inform the citizen that they are about to label you a criminal.  |
So you never sent a change of address? How were they supposed to know that you moved, and what your new address was. They sent the renewal notice to the address that they had listed for you, what else were they supposed to do? It's time to stop blaming the system for your mistake.
