Kananaskis Lakes - No fish stocking in 2011

Does anyone know why the government did not stock cuts this year in Upper Kananaskis lake?

If they are going to try the quality fishing approach...they probably learned from Police Outpost not to over stock. That way the trout in there now will get to 20 inches faster. Then stocking as required after that.

My guess anyways.
