What does who owns the have to do with hunting? WMUs deal with all of the land in the area?
A landowner can do things on his own land differently than a person who hunts public land. For example, a landowner can shoot bears and coyotes on his own land outside any hunting season at any time of the year. Just making sure that Sunday hunting for coyotes is ok on both private and public land in the 100 zones. Which it appears to be.
