I spent three days with Gary on his line. You'll more than get your money's worth from Gary, he's a great instructor, an awesome ambassador for trapping, and he cares about you, the trapper.

Default Need more students!!

We still have only 6 registered. We need at least 12 by Feb. 1st or so, or we will have to cancel. More than 12 would be better in case there is a no-show.
This is a good deal! If you buy an SCTA membership, it will only cost you $110.00 for two days of instruction.

I would ablsolutely love to attend this, but that weekend was long ago booked for me. Please keep me in mind if you plan on having a workshop another time.

Default Rats

One of the most informative tapping workshops I have taken. Gary was great with the kids and all others attending. The best part was actually setting on ice, I never thought you could catch in the middle of winter, I always thought rats were taken in the fall and summer months at ice in and out. But Gary showed us a 90 percent catch on all the traps set with all that attended putting their arms in the push ups so they knew where to put the many sets he has developed. He named the slough mud lake and told me to take the rest of the rats off the lake or they won't make the winter. Garry has so much info, two days doesn't justify a rat trapping course I think you would have to spend a half season to respect the drive this man has, his numbers show. Thanks Gary from the South Country Trappers. It was a pleasure to spend the last three days with you. Rod and Sarah Graham and family.

Thanks for the great photos, Paul, and thanks to the Grahams for hosting.
BIG thanks to Gary...sounds like everyone had a blast and learned a lot.
We ended up with 15 students, five of whom were kids.

I would have loved to attend this workshop but it was a little far for me to travel. A workshop in the Edmonton area would be awesome! I wonder if Gary, or anyone else, would be interested in doing one here if we put together enough people?
