Default Autochart Live Zero Line Question.

So my main unit (Humminbird 9 series DI GPS HD) is autochart compatible. I know I can use the Zeroline card to map my favourite lakes/spots.

My question is once I have done this can I create a copy of these maps on a separate micro SD card and use it in a Gen 1 Helix 5 unit that is not autochart live compatible?

Cheers,

Scott.

Hey Scott,

The short answer is no, not in the way you described. The Helix 5 G2 units are AC Live compatible but not the G1 units.

There might be a work around though using the Autochart Pro software. I’m not positive but I think you can render maps with it for the non AC Live compatible units. I haven’t played with it though so don’t quote me on that. A call to Humminbird should give you the answer.

Go to Bass Boat Central and scroll down to the Humminbird section. All your answers are there or just post the question. Lots of support there from the pro’s.

Dodger.
