Default How to skin a Badger

Just wondering do they prefer case skinned or open like a Beaver? Thx

Last I heard was either was acceptable but cased, fur out was preferred.

What you use for a strecher bushmaster? I've only got coyote,fox, or fisher

I just used a coyote board......a split board.

The FHA site suggested a raccoon board but I see that you don't have one. Maybe compare the coyote one and if it's a split board you might be able to modify it a bit to make it work.

Have you considered getting it tanned? I heard that winter badgers are really nice fur.

*EDIT* You might have better luck with a fox board. Have a look at the sizes of the fox board in this link and compare it to the sizes for badger in the FHA link that I posted earlier.
