CVR Tomorrow

The wife and I are heading to CVR tomorrow and just looking for ice info.If we get on at the boat launch ,can we drive anywhere on the ice without worry or are there places to avoid.Better yet,does anyone know if there's access towards the red rock turn off on I believe the west side of the lake.First time there this hardwater season and just a little paranoid to drive on the ice.

no worries about ice thickness we drove on today , red rock road , no problem , ice is plenty thick 26 inches plus . some drifting snow but no problem for four wheel drive , two wheel probably ok too

Hi Marlin1 how was the caughting .was at gull and got one white and one pike and 2 burbots

I did good , my partner also iced a keeper , sounds like you did alright too pretty friggin windy though
