One on a midge nymph and sorry nothing on a streame only fished it for about 20 mins. Brown midge

Thanks it was about three pounds it was good to get out Got to say thanks to fritzy for the flies.it was one of his midges.felt a little like I was in the movie titanic at some points (ice berg straight ahead) but a beauty day.

My roomie caught a nice 18' brown on a large sculpin. Two weeks ago we caught a couple on larger minnows. Seems like things are heating up.

It's pretty fast right now and the ice makes it hard to access the slow deep water!

Buddy got a nice triple 17" 16" &12" bows ,on gear unfortunately. Still good early fish .

why unfortunate? catching a trout on gear can take some skill. don't have nearly as many options for presentation as fly fishing.

Hopefully this melt keeps up and the clarity comes back, was pretty muddy on Saturday.

Unfortunate BECAUSE I was not there . 18" brown imo is made for the fly rod .
