Default Where to go for burbot?

Good day,
Wondering if I could get some general directions for summer burbot on Lesser Slave and Sturgeon lake. Not looking for any honey holes, just a general part of the lake to try.
Thanx in advance.
Ken

Where abouts do you live? If you live near the peace you will find massive ling.. I told my dad about the world record 25lbs and he just laughed. when they were kids in the 40's they pulled out 5' ling often. I remember as a kid someone pulling one out that was at least 3'. The Peace is easy using setlines with large strip of moose meat or you could use a little bit of red meat on a small hook and nab a chub.. rig em up for set line in deep slow back eddies or if there is a good hole before or after a trib where cold peace and warm trib meet. have fun and fish hard!
