Default Pine Coulee Reservoir

they have stopped filling PCR, so the water temps should start to warm up

NO If it keeps up they should be able to move the docs back in which would make for a lot easier launching. Water temp when I was out last week was 62F

That's good news. Thanks. I was wondering when they would be in. I've used them in the launching process but there's always a little tension (I feel anyway) between those trying to temporarily tie up and those using the dock to fish off of.

I have had the odd guy figure he was the owner of the dock when all I was wanting to do was tie off so I could get the boat in or out of the water. I simply remind them that it is called 'BOAT DOCK not a fishing stand. If they don't like it too bad it is a boat dock and there for everyone to use. Your or my few minutes of tying up won't ruin any ones day of fishing.

That being said I can imagine it will be covered shoulder to shoulder now that they can keep some fish.

yeah i agree with the docks are for boats, at travers i was told by campground officials that the boaters have the right of way over people fishing off the docks. so when boaters come in using hand jestures ( hahaha not that one ) to wave him/her in to a spot i'd be fishing in and kindly move over and fish another spot till they leave.
