Good deal? Question for the computer geeks

Is this a good deal? Some video editing, lots of photo editing, and streaming, surfing, shopping etc. Hoping it stays relevant for a while.

For ~ $1150, this is a better system IMHO... And I prefer Intel processors over AMD, for all things computer-related.

Non-proprietary motherboard, upgradeable in the future, and brand name components. Throw another 16gb of RAM in it, you'll have a potent rig. And you won't even notice a difference between DDR4 & DDR5, if you even noticed.

You'd have to buy & install a graphics card, but the RTX 3050 that I linked is "the same" but a brand-name with the best reputation in PC gaming. ASUS, which is who makes the motherboard in that PC also.
