Default Case neck Annealing

I have bin neck turning sum cases and have had a few split after 2 firings..
( maybe from the turning or maye not )
I assume turning the outsides work hardens the brass... would it be a good idea too annealem after turning ?

You may be truning thhe necks too thin, or taking too much off at a time.
Neck turning can work harden brass, espeically if you are not using a cutting lube, or the cutter is dull.
