Default Shoulder Mite?

May up with this guy this morning.

Looking at the pictures, I noticed the patch of hair missing over the shoulders.

Could this be an example of what the article in last months issue of AO was talking about?

Is that picture taken in Parkview/Crestwood?

I saw a coyote, similar in color not too long ago with the same weird shoulder patch seems to me ....... weird ...

I catch one like that every once in awhile. This one is from a few years ago.

I wouldn't say worthless but NAFA doesn't want them at auction and IMO it's not worth the time spent cutting out the bald spot and sewing it just to get $20(?) for it at auction. I suppose that it might be worth doing it to a coyote that only has a small spot just starting but I've never caught one like that. This one was disposed of.
