Default Fetch Training Turkeys

So I have been doing some force fetch training on my girls between days I hunt. Well Its getting more difficult with the Turkeys out.
So I started the Warm up with some heeling...

Then threw a long one for a fetch.

The fetch is not complete until the pup is sitting in front and told to give.

Threw another long one......

So, I am good with the dogs, can anyone train turkeys?

Default Protected species?

any turkey that survives Thanksgiving must be a protected species Josh so they are not receptive to training like teenagers they already know everything.

I trained a quail to crow on command so I could find him when the dumb***** escapes his pen.

Any others that escaped just hung out on the floor beside the pen looking for spilled food. This idiot goes exploring. He also likes hide and seek, so it's like a game of Marco Polo in the garage with me whistling, him crowing and then ducking behind something.

I kinda like him, it'll be a bittersweet day when I cook him for dinner.

Wait, what was the question? I don't know anything about turkeys. Pretty dog though!
